Foodee approached Wave because they were struggling with HubSpot. Their subscription was costing them a lot of money but they didn’t have a clear picture of company performance or revenue. Changing employees meant that over time, their HubSpot hadn’t been developed correctly, leaving employees frustrated and executives in the dark.
Solution
Our team got to work initially with a HubSpot audit to spring clean data and uncover the challenges. One thing that immediately jumped out at us was that Foodee were on the wrong subscription type for their database size. By recommending they upgrade to HubSpot Enterprise, Foodee not only saved money each month, they also gained access to the additional features that come with the Enterprise subscription.
