ITEC is the biggest provider of technology managed services in the South West. But it was virtually invisible online and they received zero inbound enquiries. Random advertising spend and untargeted direct mail campaigns were draining marketing spend and frustrating the sales team.

## Solution

The Wave team overhauled marketing at ITEC by rejuvenating the branding and messaging that invited the audience in and promoted ITEC's outstanding customer service as a differentiator. We recommended and created new HubSpot website with lead generation and nurturing built in transformed ITEC's online presence and enabled the marketing team to run with a content strategy that actually delivered new customers month after month.
